  2. Condition of the Print: The print must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
  3. Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if the print is damaged or torn.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Refund: We will provide a full refund for the print once we receive it in its original condition.
